Thailand Accident Research Center Hosts The 3rd Thailand Road Traffic Safety Forum

Dr. Piyapong Jiwattanakulpaisarn, Director General of the Department of Highways, presided over the opening of The 3rd Thailand Road Traffic Safety Forum.
